Well since I just talked to most of you yesterday, I do not have too much to report. However we did see a full sized house with an old man riding on the roof driving down Broadway in Fountain City on our way to E-mail this morning. Other than that, nothing very exciting has happened. Since I know you probably don't want another short e-mail, I think that now would be an appropriate time to bear you my testimony.
I know that god lives, and I know that he loves every single man woman and child that lives today, yesterday and forever. As an evidence of this love I have the world around me, and all things within testify of his love. I have the words of prophets, ancient and modern, that speak his loving guidance and concern for us. I have his holy spirit as a personal witness of his divine mercy. I have a loving family as a type or shadow of the love he has for me. Above all I have the gift of the Atonement of Christ as an everlasting testimony of his love for all of his children.
I love you and am grateful for your love and support.

It has been another fast week. My companion flies home on Thursday. So he has been spending a lot of time saying goodbye to people. I don't feel like we have accomplished much. I suppose you could say we are back in the finding stage of mission work. (The stages are Finding, Teaching, Baptizing.) This feels like the slowest stage, but for one reason or another time is still flying by. You all have probably been hearing about the floods in Nashville, and I just wanted to let you know we are doing fine in Knoxville. We have been getting a bit of rain, but no floods. Hopefully today things will be drying up. I am sure that it is because of your prayers, the Lord has kept us safe. I don't know who all I will be talking to on Sunday, (most surely mom), but I will be calling around 10 or 11 AM (Your time on Sunday) so I look forward to hearing from you then. Love you.
Elder Jose.

I don't quite know where to begin. This past week seem to have gone by like a blur. Honestly all I remember was working hard through the week, then working really hard on the day of service. Then being really tired on Sunday. I think that's a good thing. You probably don't know about the day of service since it is a regional thing, but it is pretty neat. This year the wards in the southeast region were encouraged to team up with local churches and organizations to provide service. The ward I was in teamed up with a local Catholic High School to clean up the local Salvation Army Shelter. I Spent the larger end of three hours hauling about a ton of gravel about five miles (Accumulatively). That is probably an exaggeration, but nevertheless I was tired at church in Sunday.
Well I love you guys. Gotta go

Hey Y'all
I wanted to let you know that I am doin' well and enjoying Tennessee. We had another baptism on Saturday. Kyle and Jackie's mother Robyn Y’all
I wanted to let you know that I am doin' well and enjoying Tennessee. We had another baptism on Saturday. Kyle and Jackie's mother Robyn was Baptized by Elder Stevens. She had to overcome a lot to get baptized, Everything from Word of wisdom issues to hostile anti ex-husbands. But she fought like a champ and her testimony shone forth, I was very proud of her and I am sure the Lord is too. She is now preparing to do baptisms for her parents in the Nashville Temple.
I hope you are enjoying spring! It is gorgeous here; I wish you could see it.
I love you all, 'till next week.
